Definitely Under the Hood. A Death in the Family. And Countdown to Final Crisis. I love Countdown, especially the side bits like Search for Ray Palmer: Red Rain. Actually, all of the Search for Ray Palmer was interesting. Countdown shows how the Red Robin costume came to be (outside of Kingdom Come, anyway), and Jason's reaction to a Bruce on an Earth where this Bruce actually kills Joker after his death. I also recommend the few issues that Jason showed up in Robin before it ended. Nicieza had a good grasp of Jason, I think.

Yes, I concur on this. I had lots of caps lock rage over that last year. Some of the side bits (mainly the Arkham one) that Daniel wasn't writing were okay. That's all I concede (other than giving me 'Be my Robin' which is now a marriage proposal in my head).
