Details on getting into Portland, getting lost in Portland, and then getting lost in Portland AGAIN, will be forthcoming. Short version: Alternating one-way streets, two streets connected in a U, and Google Maps can fuck off and die. Twice.

I'm sure I'll find some parts funny tomorrow, but not tonight. We were so stressed from not being able to get fucking anywhere that The Husband's mother rented us a room in the hotel because driving to the parking structure caused us both to break down.

As first days go, it was shit. But at least we got it out of the way early.
