  • 00:27:55: 7324 -- not much more, but enough for tonight, methinks. The scene I'm on is being kind of a bitchface.
  • 21:04:04: The Husband: (re: The Outlaw) This is the gayest movie I've ever seen. -- I'm very proud.

I'm trying to put a serious dent in my comic book collection before we move out West, so that means I've got a lot of single issues I either need to find homes for or donate to a good cause. That being said, this is what I've got at the moment:

Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, 1-61
Robin (1995), 1-26 and some assorted later issues

I've also got a pile of the Giffen JLA/JLI/JLEs, but I don't have numbers on those.

Everything's in good condition (that is not an official assesment). They're bagged and boarded and have been kept in a pet-free, smoke-free home. Bags are most likely a little dusty, but I'll wipe them down before I send them out.

Drop a comment or a private message if you want something. I'll sell them off for a dollar an issue plus shipping. I'm gonna go jump back into the dust bunnies, now.

I'm writing a bit of High School AU for "Green Lantern Corps" where Guy and Kyle are in high school together, and Kyle is one of the art kids, and Guy's a jock, and some of his jock friends are homophobic assholes.

I feel like the "homophobic assholes who are jocks" thing is way played out, but at the same time, I could see teenaged Guy hanging out with douchebags like that, because Guy was a delinquent in school until his brother yanked him into line, but still, "jocks are homophobes" is one of those things that seems to get way too much play. Maybe he could hang with jocks and general delienquents.

Thoughts on this, flist? If thinking back to your own high school days doesn't wreck your brains, who were the assholes you remember?
