Still in four digits

But up to 6,000 words. Harry and Dresden are having beers. Bob and Snape are talking about...something. I'm not sure what. I haven't written that part yet.

And what are you writing, flist? Anyone else have the flash of, "oh, god, it's not ending"?

I'm writing a Battlestar Galactica fic and I'm closing in on the four digit number as well.

The "It's never ending!" flashes are becoming as red as traffic lights.

Your fic sounds fascinating, I can't wait to read it.

Ooh, beach! I watched the first season of "Supernatural" but haven't kept up since. And I should. It's pretty. And scary. And pretty.

Is the Merlin/Arthur thing based off the guys on "Merlin" in the UK or off of the written legends? I need to get "Merlin". Wait. Is it "Merlin" or "Arthur"? I don't even know. I do want to watch it. Magic!

oh god, i'm, like, afraid to watch spn now, ever since that UNSPEAKABLE THING happened at the end of s3. i keep downloading season 4 eps and somehow cannot bring myself to watch them, it's kind of sad. but yes, it is very very good and pretty, you should watch more.

the merlin thing is based off the show "merlin", which you NEED to watch, it is so awesome and unintentionally hilarious and anachronistic and gay, gay like a fresh spring morning. merlin is arthur's manservant. their destinies are intertwined. it's a beautiful thing.

ugh, i don't think i've ever written past 1500 words. I KNOW. these are either pushing or over 2000, it's like big thing for me. D:

Do they actually say destinies are intertwined? Because if they do, OMG YES. I mean, I wanna see it anyway, but AWESOME.

Before I wrote the giant MASH fic of DOOM, I think my longest fic was all of 2,000 words. Maybe 3,000, and then, WHAM, 15,000. I just did this a lot: o.O

i would be ecstatic if one of these could get to 5000 words. any longer than that is probably out of my reach, i don't seem to have the stamina for extended plots. :(
