It's odd to have to look up to do anything, but here he is, back against the wall in a proper English pub and Jeremy leaning over him, pressing his pint into the soft part of his stomach.
"You loom well."
"I practice," Jeremy says with a smirk as he leans in, pressing his lips against Nigel's with a wicked lap of his tongue.
"You practice other things too."
Jeremy takes the pint from Nigel's hand and places it on the nearest table. "You're about to find out."

James looks up from his dessert and quirks his eyebrows at Bug. "Yes?"
Bug smiles with the edges of his mouth and leans across the small table, kiss landing just left of center.
James feels a bit of a flush come on and ducks his head, his hair falling against his face. "Been waiting to do that?"
"For a bit, yeah." Bug's smile widens. "It's out of the way now."
Somehow, that's more romantic than any other sort of first kiss James has ever had. He smiles back at Bug and cuts into his dessert again.
